The https://LostPet.PetMasterID.com Web Site provides a public service that identifies pets reported as lost by pet owners whose pet is subscribed to the PetMasterID service. Finders of an identified lost pet are encouraged to contact the pet owner using the contact information listed.

The https://LostPet.PetMasterID.com Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the https://LostPet.PetMasterID.com Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

1. Accounts are NOT required to use this site for identifying whether a found lost pet is listed on the site.

2. PetMasterID accounts are required to IMMEDIATELY REPORT a lost pet and identifiable information about the pet.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of all of your accounts and passwords. Pet Tag, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account, even when Content is posted by others who have signins under your account.

5. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The https://LostPet.PetMasterID.com Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.
